SaTT for e-commerce: UGC and reviews at scale

E-commerce brands use SaTT to pay creators per post for product content on Instagram and TikTok, with tiers, slots and fraud checks.

In short

E-commerce brands use SaTT to collect product content from many creators at once: an AdPool with a fixed reward per post pays each verified creator a price set by their audience tier. SaTT measures the posts, not your sales, so track orders with UTM links or discount codes in your shop.

What do online shops struggle with?

Product pages and ads convert better with real people using the product. Getting that content from dozens of creators means negotiating, chasing and checking each one.

How does SaTT produce product content at scale?

SettingRecommendation
ModeFixed reward per post
NetworksInstagram (Reels) and TikTok
TiersNano from 1,000 followers at $2.00 per 1,000; Micro from 10,000 at $1.80
Posts per creator1
TemplateThe UGC template puts 85% of the budget on posts and 15% on a Quest

Example: $500 dollar budget, 15% fee, $425 for creators. With a Nano cap of $15 per post, up to 28 Nano creators can be paid.

How do you launch it?

  1. 1. Paste a product page

On Create, paste the product URL with a goal like “unboxing videos of our new bag”.

  2. 2. Describe the shot list

In “What to post”, list the moments to show (unboxing, use, result) and in “Don’t” what to avoid.

  3. 3. Send products if needed

Say in the brief how creators get the product; SaTT does not handle shipping.

  4. 4. Track sales separately

Use a UTM link or a discount code per pool in your shop.

  5. 5. Approve and reuse

Review flagged posts in your Dashboard. Ask creators directly before reusing their content in ads.

Which mistakes hurt e-commerce campaigns?

  • Paying per view on Instagram photos: they have no view count; ask for Reels.
  • Assuming content rights: a paid post does not grant you a license to reuse it in ads.
  • Too many networks: two well-measured networks beat four half-measured ones. See UGC content.

Key takeaways

  • Use a fixed reward per post with tiers and slots for predictable spend.
  • Instagram Reels and TikTok suit product content.
  • Track orders with UTM links or discount codes; SaTT measures posts only.
  • Ask creators for reuse rights separately.

Frequently asked questions

Can SaTT ship products to creators?

No. Explain in the brief how creators receive the product, or use a gig with one creator for a product you send directly.

Can I limit the pool to bigger creators?

Yes. Creators below your first tier cannot join, so start the first tier at 10,000 followers if you want Micro and above.

What if a creator posts the same video in two pools?

The reused post is flagged as reused across pools, and a post already submitted by another creator is blocked.
