Delete your data

How to delete the data SaTT holds about your connected social accounts — or all your data.

1. Disconnect an account in SaTT (immediate)

  • Crypto edition: Account → Connected accounts → Disconnect. Dollar edition: My account → Connected accounts → Disconnect.
  • SaTT deletes the access tokens and cached statistics at once, and revokes the authorization at the network when it offers it.

2. Remove SaTT from Facebook or Instagram (automatic)

  • Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites (Business integrations) → SaTT → Remove. Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → SaTT → Remove.
  • Meta then sends us a deletion request: we delete your connection, its tokens and cached statistics, and give you a confirmation code. Check it at /data-deletion/status.

3. Delete everything

Write to [privacy e-mail — to complete] from your account e-mail (or sign a message with your wallet when asked). We answer within one month. On-chain transactions cannot be erased.
