How to get honest product reviews on SaTT: hire one creator at a fixed price with an escrowed gig, or pay many creators per post with an AdPool.

In short

For a product review, hire a creator at a fixed price through a gig: the price is held in escrow and released when you approve the delivered review. For many short reviews at once, use an AdPool with a fixed reward per post, priced by audience tier.

What makes product reviews hard to buy?

Brands want a real person to try the product and talk about it. Three risks get in the way:

  • You pay up front and the review never comes.
  • The creator delivers, but you delay or refuse payment.
  • The audience behind the review is not real.

How does SaTT make reviews safe for both sides?

A gig is a fixed-price deal between you and one creator. The price is escrowed when you hire, so the creator knows the money exists, and released only when you approve the delivery.

  • After delivery you have a 3-day review window to approve or dispute.
  • If you do nothing, the creator can claim the payment once the window ends.
  • A dispute goes to a neutral arbiter; with no ruling after 14 days, the amount is split 50/50.
  • The same platform fee applies on payout: 5% in SaTT, 15% in other tokens.

For many reviews in parallel, an AdPool with a fixed reward per post pays each validated post from a verified account.

Example: a $300 gig for a 5-minute YouTube review in USDT. At release the 15% fee is deducted, so the creator receives $255.

How do you get a review through a gig?

  1. 1. Find a creator

Browse creator offers on Gigs or search the creator directory by network, topic and country.

  2. 2. Write the brief

Describe the product, what the review must cover, the format, the deadline (up to 90 days) and any disclosure you require.

  3. 3. Escrow and hire

Press “Hire” on an offer, or “Post a task” for an open task, and confirm the escrow in your wallet.

  4. 4. Review the delivery

The creator submits the link to the published review. Check it within the 3-day review window.

  5. 5. Approve and pay

Press “Approve & pay”. The creator receives the price minus the platform fee.

What should you watch out for?

  • Ask for honesty, not a script: viewers trust reviews that mention limits.
  • Require the ad disclosure your country’s rules impose. See Ad disclosure.
  • Gigs are on-chain: you need a wallet and test tokens during the alpha.
  • Ship the product early enough for the creator to test it before the deadline.

Key takeaways

  • Use a gig for one review at an agreed price; use an AdPool for many reviews.
  • Gig money is escrowed and released on your approval, with a 3-day review window.
  • Disputes go to an arbiter; without a ruling after 14 days the price is split 50/50.
  • The platform fee (5% SaTT, 15% other tokens) is deducted at release.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if the creator never delivers?

You can cancel and get a full refund once the delivery deadline has passed. For open tasks, the deadline is 7 days after the creator accepted.

Can I ask the creator to say only positive things?

You can set what the review must cover, but scripted praise usually hurts trust and may break advertising rules. Ask for an honest, disclosed review.

Are gigs available in dollars?

Gigs run on-chain in the crypto edition. For dollar payments, use a dollar AdPool with a fixed reward per post instead.
