Who measures the posts — and proves it
SaTT is the identity layer: it checks that a social account is real and belongs to the wallet and the post. The numbers come from a marketplace of oracles — the SaTT Oracle and independent operators — who each sign what they measured. A payout is only signed when enough of them agree.
Three roles, three keys
Official sign-in or a one-time bio code proves the account. SaTT signs an OwnershipMatch: this wallet ↔ this verified account ↔ this post. It does not sell metrics.
The SaTT Oracle and registered third parties read public statistics from their own sources and sign a MetricsReport. They publish prices and earn a fee for every report that counts.
The on-chain Oracle key only signs a claim from the median of a quorum of agreeing reports. Outliers are excluded and lose reputation.

Self-signed claims awaiting verification
Creators may sign their own figures. It opens a measurement right away and stays public — but nothing is paid until the oracle quorum verifies it, and the payout never exceeds the verified numbers.
No self-signed claim is waiting.
