In short
To promote an event, open an AdPool 1 to 3 weeks before the date with a fixed reward per post, so many creators announce it at a known price. Put the date, the link and one hashtag in the brief, and end the pool on the event day. Registrations are counted by your ticketing tool, not by SaTT.

What makes event promotion different?
An event has a deadline. Posts published after the date are worth little, and you need many announcements in a short window.
How does SaTT help promote an event?
- Many creators can post at once, each at a price set by their audience tier.
- You choose the pool duration (3 to 60 days), so the pool closes on the event day.
- A Quest can add a “visit URL” action toward your registration page, checked through a tracked redirect.
Which setup is recommended?
| Setting | Recommendation |
|---|---|
| Mode | Fixed price per post |
| Duration | From 7 to 21 days, ending on the event date |
| Posts per creator | 2: one announcement, one reminder |
| Networks | Where your attendees are; X and Instagram for live events, YouTube for long talks |
Example: a $400 dollar pool leaves $340 after the 15% fee. That pays, for instance, 15 Nano creators with about 5,000 followers at $10 per post, 2 posts each ($300), with $40 left for a higher tier.
How do you set it up?
1. Paste the event page
On Create, paste the event or ticketing link with a goal like “fill our Paris meetup on 4 June”.
2. Put the essentials in the brief
Date, time, place or stream link, one hashtag and the registration link.
3. Set the end date
Use the duration or a custom end date so the pool ends on the event day.
4. Launch early
Launch at least 7 days before: posts become payable 48 hours after their first measurement.
What should you avoid?
- Launching 2 days before: creators need time to plan a post.
- Several hashtags: one clear tag is easier to follow. See Hashtags and mentions.
- Expecting SaTT to count registrations: use tracking links in your ticketing tool.
Key takeaways
- Open the pool 1 to 3 weeks before the event and end it on the day.
- Fixed price per post gives many announcements at a known cost.
- Allow 2 posts per creator: an announcement and a reminder.
- Registrations are measured in your own ticketing tool.
Frequently asked questions
Can I promote a livestream?
Yes. Put the stream link and start time in the brief. After the stream, a clipping campaign can turn it into short clips.
Are posts after the event paid?
Only while the pool is open. Ending the pool on the event day stops new participation.
Can I limit the campaign to one city?
SaTT does not target by location. Say in the brief which audience you want and invite local creators from the creator directory.
