In short
The SaTT token is a BEP-20 token on BNB Smart Chain. AdPools funded in SaTT pay a 5% platform fee instead of 15%, half of it burnt; fees in other tokens go half to an on-chain buy-back-and-burn vault. Holders can lock SaTT 1:1 for voting power and vote on proposals that execute through a timelock.

What is the SaTT token used for?
SaTT is the protocol’s utility token. Its uses today:
- Funding AdPools in the crypto edition, at the lowest fee (5%).
- Voting on protocol proposals at Governance.
- Providing liquidity to the SaTT/BNB pool on PancakeSwap, from Liquidity.
- Paying AI Studio credits in SaTT, from AI Studio.
SaTT does not give a share of profits, and this page is not investment advice. Live price, supply and burn figures are on Liquidity and tokenomics.
How do fees and the burn work?
The fee is set on-chain by the token that funds the pool; the advertiser does not choose it.
| Pool funded in | Fee | Where the fee goes |
|---|---|---|
| SaTT | 5% | 50% ecosystem, 50% burnt (sent to the dead address) |
| Any other token | 15% | 50% buy-back vault, 50% ecosystem |
| US dollars | 15% | Taken when the pool is funded |
The buy-back vault can only swap its fees to SaTT and burn them; it has no withdrawal path. Example: a creator claims 1,000 SaTT gross from a SaTT pool, receives 950 SaTT, and 25 SaTT are burnt.
How does SaTT governance work?
Governance runs fully on-chain with three contracts: a vote wrapper (gSATT), a Governor and a Timelock.
- Lock SaTT on Governance: it is wrapped 1:1 into voting power and stays yours; you can unlock at any time.
- Activate your voting power (delegation to yourself, or to someone else).
- Vote For, Against or Abstain on a proposal while it is Active.
- A proposal that passes is queued in the Timelock and executed after its delay.
| Parameter | Default in the contracts |
|---|---|
| Voting delay | 1 day |
| Voting period | 7 days |
| Quorum | 4% of wrapped supply |
| Timelock delay | 2 days on real networks |
Votes use a snapshot: you need voting power from before a proposal opened, which stops flash-borrowed votes. The deployer’s admin role is renounced, so there is no privileged backdoor.
Is governance live on every network?
The Governance page reads the contracts of the network your wallet is on. If it says “Governance isn’t configured on this network yet”, no governance contracts are set for that network. During the public alpha, test on BNB Smart Chain Testnet; see Test the alpha on testnet.
Key takeaways
- SaTT is a BEP-20 utility token on BNB Smart Chain.
- SaTT-funded pools pay 5% instead of 15%, half of it burnt.
- Fees in other tokens feed an on-chain buy-back-and-burn vault.
- Lock SaTT 1:1 to vote; passed proposals execute through a timelock.
- Votes are snapshotted, so voting power must exist before a proposal opens.
Frequently asked questions
Do I lose my SaTT when I lock it for voting?
No. Locked SaTT stays yours and you can unlock it at any time from the Governance page.
Why can’t I vote on an active proposal?
Voting power is measured at the snapshot taken when the proposal opened. Lock SaTT now to vote on the next proposal.
Who receives the platform fee?
Half goes to the ecosystem; the other half is burnt (SaTT pools) or sent to the buy-back vault that swaps it to SaTT and burns it. The oracle receives no fee from AdPools.
