In short
A bio code proves you control a social account without the official connection: SaTT gives you a one-time code such as SATT-7K2Q9, you paste it into your public bio within 15 minutes, and SaTT re-reads the profile. It works on YouTube, X, TikTok and Instagram; it does not work on LinkedIn.

What is a bio code?
A bio code is a short, single-use proof of control. Only the owner of an account can edit its public bio, so a code that appears there proves ownership.
An account verified this way is a verified account shown as “verified by bio code”. Its posts can be paid like any other verified account.
How does bio code verification work?
- Choose the network and type your handle, then ask for a code.
- SaTT returns a code like
SATT-7K2Q9. It is valid for 15 minutes and bound to your SaTT account or wallet. - Paste the code anywhere in the public bio (or channel description on YouTube) and save.
- Press Check. SaTT reads the public profile; if the code is there, the handle is linked as verified.
- You may remove the code from your bio afterwards.
Each code allows at most 10 checks. If it expires, request a new one. Only owner-controlled fields count (bio, description, name); comments or recent posts are ignored.
Which networks support it?
| Network | Bio code |
|---|---|
| YouTube | Supported (channel description) |
| X | Supported |
| TikTok | Supported |
| Supported (public biography) | |
| Only when a profile provider is configured | |
| Not supported: no readable public bio |
The app shows the “Can’t connect? Verify with a bio code” link only on networks where the code can actually be checked right now. A private profile cannot be read, so make it public during the check.
When should you use a bio code instead of OAuth?
Prefer the official connection: it also lets you pick your own posts when you apply and see official statistics. Use a bio code when the official connection is not available to you, for example Instagram or TikTok during the alpha, where the official apps accept only test accounts.
To earn the Verified creator badge you still need at least one network verified by its official connection. Step by step: Verify with a bio code.

Frequently asked questions
Why does the check say the code was not found?
The profile may be private, the bio not saved yet, or the network slow to show the change. Wait a minute and check again; each code allows 10 checks.
Do I have to keep the code in my bio?
No. Once the account is verified you can remove the code. The verification stays on your SaTT account.
Can someone else verify my account with a code?
Only someone who can edit your public bio. The code is bound to the SaTT account that requested it and expires after 15 minutes.
