## In short

In the [dollar edition](https://satt.com/guides/glossary#dollar-edition), rewards are credited to your $ balance. To cash out, connect a bank account once through Stripe (Stripe checks your identity and keeps your bank details), then enter an amount of at least $20 and press **Withdraw**. During the public [alpha](https://satt.com/guides/glossary#alpha), withdrawals are simulated and no money moves.

## Where do dollar rewards go?

Each validated reward is credited to your $ balance as a ledger entry you can see in Activity. Fixed-price rewards are credited once, after the 48-hour [maturation](https://satt.com/guides/glossary#maturation) and a check that the post is still live. Performance rewards are credited as the post grows, with 20% held until the final check after the pool ends.

## How do you withdraw, step by step?

1. **Sign in** — Sign in with your e-mail or a social network. Turning on two-factor authentication in your [Account settings](https://satt.com/account) is recommended.
2. **Open your dollar account** — On your [Dashboard](https://satt.com/dashboard), find “Withdraw to your bank”.
3. **Connect a bank account** — Press **Connect a bank account**. Stripe asks for your identity and bank details on its own pages; SaTT never sees or stores them.
4. **Enter the amount** — Type an amount of at least $20 and no more than your balance, then press **Withdraw**.
5. **Follow the payout** — The withdrawal appears in your history and in Activity as “Withdrawal to bank”.

## What are the withdrawal rules?

| Rule | Value |
| --- | --- |
| Minimum withdrawal | $20 |
| Payment provider | Stripe Connect Express (identity and bank checks by Stripe) |
| Who can withdraw | The owner of the SaTT account that earned the reward |
| Account on hold | Spending and withdrawals pause while a card dispute on a top-up is resolved |

The [platform fee](https://satt.com/guides/glossary#platform-fee) of dollar pools is taken from the advertiser’s budget when the pool is funded, so it is not deducted again from your withdrawal.

## What happens during the alpha?

The dollar edition runs in test mode during the alpha. You can go through the whole flow, but a withdrawal is a “Simulated withdrawal — no money moves in alpha.” Test dollars cannot be turned into real money. See [Public alpha](https://satt.com/alpha) for the current status.

## Key takeaways

- Rewards land in your $ balance, visible in Activity.

## Frequently asked questions

### Why can’t I withdraw less than $20?

The minimum payout is set at $20 to keep bank transfer costs reasonable. Your balance stays available until it reaches the minimum.

### Do I need a crypto wallet to get paid in dollars?

No. The dollar edition needs no wallet and no token: you sign in, earn into your $ balance and withdraw to a bank.

### Why is my reward not in my balance yet?

Rewards wait 48 hours after the post’s first measurement, and flagged posts wait for the advertiser’s approval. See [Apply and get paid](https://satt.com/guides/how-to/apply-and-get-paid#troubleshooting).
