# How to become a Verified creator on SaTT

> The Verified creator badge is automatic: verify one network with its official sign-in and every linked network. Rules, checklist and how it is lost.

## In short

The [Verified creator](https://satt.com/guides/glossary#verified-creator) badge is awarded automatically when at least one of your linked networks is verified by its official connection and every network linked to your account is verified (official connection or [bio code](https://satt.com/guides/glossary#bio-code)). There is no application form: link your networks in the [creator setup](https://satt.com/onboarding) and the badge appears.

## What is the exact rule for the badge?

SaTT checks two conditions on your account and on every wallet linked to it:

1. At least **one** network is verified by its official connection ([OAuth](https://satt.com/guides/glossary#oauth)), for example YouTube through Google.
2. **Every** linked network is verified, either by official connection or by bio code. A single self-declared handle blocks the badge.

Example: YouTube connected with Google + TikTok verified by bio code = Verified creator. YouTube connected + an unverified Instagram handle = not yet.

## How do you get the badge, step by step?

1. **Start the creator setup** — Open the [creator setup](https://satt.com/onboarding). It starts automatically after your first sign-in and stays reachable from [Account settings](https://satt.com/account) (“Finish setup”).
2. **Connect one network officially** — On step 2, press **Link** on a network with an official connection, such as YouTube or X. See [Connect YouTube](https://satt.com/guides/how-to/connect-youtube#steps).
3. **Verify or remove every other network** — For each remaining network, connect it or verify it with a bio code ([how](https://satt.com/guides/how-to/verify-with-bio-code#steps)). Unlink any handle you cannot verify.
4. **Check step 4** — The last step shows the badge, or the exact condition still missing. The same checklist is in [Account settings](https://satt.com/account).

## What does the badge give you?

- A “Verified creator” badge on your profile in the [creator directory](https://satt.com/creators), where verified creators are listed first.
- The badge next to your handle on pool leaderboards.
- Access to [Quests](https://satt.com/guides/glossary#quest) that the advertiser restricted to Verified creators.

The badge says the accounts are proven to be yours. It is not a quality rating and does not change your price per post.

## How can you lose the badge?

The badge is recomputed continuously. It disappears when a linked network becomes self-declared, when an official connection expires (“Reconnection needed”) or when you revoke it. Reconnect the network from [Account settings](https://satt.com/account) and the badge comes back.

> **Warning:** Some networks end connections after a while. If you see “Reconnection needed” on a card, reconnect it promptly to keep the badge.

### Is there a follower minimum for the badge?

No. The badge is about proven ownership only, whatever your audience size.

### Can a LinkedIn connection count as the official network?

LinkedIn sign-in proves your identity but not your posts, and LinkedIn has no readable bio. Use YouTube, X, TikTok, Instagram or Facebook for the badge.

### Do I need the badge to earn in AdPools?

No. Any verified account can submit posts. The badge is only required by Quests that ask for Verified creators.
